Where's my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Simply click the link to see the latest status of your delivery.

Track via your account

If you have a Craftywaftyshop account, sign in here to view all your orders and their current delivery status.

Track via your order number

Don't have an account? No problem — you can still track your order using your order number and email address. You'll find your order number in your order confirmation email (it starts with #).

Royal Mail shipments

Most of our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. You can track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail tracking page using the tracking number in your shipping email.

Marketplace orders (eBay)

If you placed your order through eBay, please track your parcel through your eBay account or using the tracking number provided in your eBay dispatch notification.

Delivery timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, most UK deliveries arrive within 2–3 business days. You'll be notified by email as soon as your order is on its way.
