We originally created the Snap, Stash & Scrap album to celebrate (Inter) National Scrapbooking Day. But these albums now have an added twist!
We have an upscaled version and two downsized versions of the original album. The larger version is now 8” x 8” in size and has been adapted by Paul Lang-Ford, while Craftywafty has created the little versions of the album which are now 3” x 3”, plus an extra design – handbag. In this pattern you get both sizes.
These projects are all about three things:
· Snap: add your favourite photos (perfect for 2” x 2” in the mini version and 3” x 4”, 4” x 4”, 4” x 6”, and 5” x 7”, in the larger version).
· Stash: tuck away little extras like tickets, receipts, postcards, notes, and mini envelopes
· Scrap: decorate your pages with patterned papers, textures, tags, and journaling
What makes these projects special
Each page gives you the best of both worlds:
· Side one of the album – has structured pages for photo mats, layers, and journaling.
· Side two of the album – features concertina (accordion-style) pockets — ideal for storing tags, ephemera, and little keepsakes.
· And the handbag features the concertina (accordion-style) pockets
So, make them your own
Tie your albums closed with ribbon (or swap for twine, string etc.) and lean into the textures — this design is perfect if you’d like to dip into a little junk journaling alongside traditional scrapbooking. Add pockets, photo mats and anything else that inspires you.
Tip: As you build, think “photos + words + keepsakes.” A few tucked tags with quick notes can turn simple pages into a story you’ll love flipping through.
