We offer shipping & delivery within the UK mainland on all products. 

We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours and your orders are shipped within 2 business days via Royal Mail 48hr service. We add consignment tracking numbers to all orders and this is emailed to you when your item has been despatched. Orders over £50 are fully tracked, and some may require a signature for delivery. Whichever service we provide, you still only pay the standard Royal Mail 48hr service shipping fee, you will be notified of the shipping cost during the check out process.

Parcels may be shipped individually to expedite delivery, but we make every effort to combine postage where possible. If we combine orders we are happy to issue a shipping refund upon request, just email us at craftywaftyshop@gmail.com requesting a shipping refund and we will process that refund within 72 hours.

We take every care to ensure your parcel is packed correctly and arrives unharmed.

If your item has been damaged during delivery please report the issue within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence of the issue and any damage to the packaging and item.
